The staff members were super-friendly and affable. the location was unbeatable and excellent for exploring Hanoi. - Close proximity to West Lake, Hanoi Old Town, and the center of the Old Quarter. - Discovering Cafe Miu's Coffee House, located just 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

The location was marvellous and perfect for exploring this good area, so close to Old Town and tourist destinations and the city center. There were central heating, flat screen TV with cable channels and a refrigerator in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff were enthusiastic and nice and took care of us.

The breakfasts here were pretty good and satisfying, plus you can enjoy a nice view while having your meal. the team working here provided a solid service 👍.

I truly enjoyed the double room with very comfortable beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the venue's position was very central. - the employees were very welcoming and caring. I had a great stay at the hotel in Hanoi. the double room was amazing with incredibly cozy beds that made me feel like staying in bed all day. the central location of the venue was perfect and convenient for exploring the city.
